From Post Rehab to optimal Performance
What are the advantages of online training versus in-person training?
-
Scheduling is a non-issue. You're not stuck with someone else's schedule or someone else's idea of what a training session should look like. We do what works for you.

-
We can be much more flexible with your workout programs than a typical 60-minute gym session. for example, some of my clients split their workouts into five 20-minute sessions per week.

-
Your results are my first priority. With online training, I can accommodate your specific needs, schedule, capability, and more. I can also incorporate more of my support and expertise than in a typical gym setting.

-
You work out when and where you want, but still get the benefit of a structured program and ongoing support from me, your coach.

-
You don't need to go to a gym, if you don't want to! Many of my clients do at-home workouts as long as they have the basics covered. That said, some workouts will require gym equipment. Either way, I've got you covered.

-
You get better accountability and support. Rather than booking hour-long sessions at the gym each week, I can provide ongoing (and better!) support as you work toward your goals.

-
It's cost effective. You're not paying a coach a high hourly rate (plus club overhead), so you can get better training at a fraction of the price online.

-
Location is not a factor. You can work with your online coach who suits your needs from anywhere in the world!

Most of my clients are middle-age to older adults living with medical and/or post-rehab conditions.

They want to maintain a healthy, independent lifestyle as they grow older by focusing on exercise strategies that prioritize mobility and injury prevention as well as the development of endurance, strength, and power.

-
For any fitness endeavor, you're going to need some level of self-motivation and self-discipline.

-
My coaching programs are no different. My job is to provide you with the support, direction, and the accountability you need. Your job is to get done what you've set out to do.

I empower my clients to take ownership of their fitness, and enjoy the process at the same time!
